410 Water Supply is my only source of water. They offer no conveniences to the customer that allows them to pay directly on line or go paperless. There is no web site that provides the customer any information regarding board decisions or, for that matter, any subject that that is up for discussion. There is no avenue that allows the customer any input. I understand that this is a rural water provider but, this is the 21st century. As a non-profit they have an obligation to those that they serve to keep them informed and a fiduciary obligation to keep their costs down(i.e. going paperless).
