Mission: Africa's Tomorrow is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in the US, which provides assistance and funding to promising female students from rural Africa, helping them attend college in the US. There are thousands of motivated and talented students who are unable to continue their education because they lack the financial means. We believe that education is the key to advancement and that by helping these underprivileged students we can make a real contribution to the future of this world. It is said that when you help a child you help their family. When you help a family you help the community. And when you help a community you change the world. Simply stated, that is our mission – to change the world, one student at a time.

This non profit helped me achieve one of my dreams: earning a degree. I will forever be grateful. Now I am a board meeting and being part of the group that make sure it's possible for other African girls to achieve their dreams is phenomenal!!

I have donated thousands of dollars to Africa's Tomorrow and I have met the Africa's Tomorrow scholars. I know they have an enormous impact and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to make a difference with their philanthropic dollars.

Africa's tomorrow is an organization that is run by a hard working and committed individual who is a true humanitarian. The contributions go directly to helping the students they are supporting. The students are chosen through nominations by peace corps volunteers in the countries and those volunteers are expected to help the students get through the application process if they are chosen. It is a good system. The organization is small but reliable and the students benifit greatly from the opportunities that this organization opens to them.

I am extremely proud and amazed by how hard Izaak and family work on helping others less fortunate. It would be so much easier to turn their back and live their American dream, spending their money the way they see fit, traveling when and where they want. But the continue to make sacrifices even when the outcome is not what they had hoped for. They are thankful for every little bit anyone contributes and never criticize if someone doesn't give enough. They are doing what the rest of us only pretend to wish we would/could do. Just because they don't have enormous amounts to give, they keep plugging away to make a difference in one persons life, hoping there will be a ripple effect. I know I've wondered many times what keeps them going and I can only say Thank you for your continuing example.
