Causes: Addictive Disorders, Counseling, Crime & Law, Half-Way Houses for Offenders & Ex-Offenders, Mental Health, Rehabilitation Services for Offenders
Mission: Founded and managed by individuals with same lived experiences, Community Reunification Project is dedicated to rebuilding stable communities one family at a time.
Target demographics: As ex-offenders await their release day, most start to identify some of the problems awaiting them on the other side of the gate. Freedom is what they have been yearning for, but once they find themselves at the gates the reality of what is next can be overwhelming. For some it has been decades that they've been told when to eat, what to wear, and where to go. Not only has the world changed while they were gone, now suddenly they will have to make decisions on their own.
