Causes: Economic Development, Urban & Community Economic Development
Mission: The exempt purpose of black belt treasures is the economic development of the alabama black belt region, which is characterized by the poor, underprivileged and the distressed. This program is designed to identify and cultivate emerging businesses and assist in marketing products from the black belt region of alabama.
Programs: Sponsors of art education. Economic development by cultivating and marketing products produced in alabama's black belt region. We had over 250 vendors wares in our store during the year.
