Mission: The warehouse is a christian-based community center. We desire to create a safe and positive space that is accessible, affordable, and relational for everyone in our community. We want the warehouse to be a center full of relevant activities for people of all ages. Right now this includes our indoor skate park, rock climbing wall, youth basketball program, youth boxing club, womens counseling, college church services, recovery meetings, youth gatherings, and rent-able event space. The warehouse is a mixed-use facility that features a community center, office space, and event space. The warehouse's quest is to work cooperatively with other ministries, nonprofit groups, churches and service organizations to support the community's youth, strengthen families and serve those in need. A big part of the mixed-use facility is recreation and sport activity areas.
Results: The Gospel of Jesus can be easy and practical but, at the same time, one of the hardest tasks you can complete. How hard can it be to provide a meal? How hard can it be to give someone a drink, or a place to rest, or even play? Jesus says “When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, your brothers or sisters, your relatives, or your rich neighbors; if you do, they may invite you back and so you will be repaid. But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind…” Luke 14:12 & 13. The past two years have been difficult for many of those we serve at The Warehouse. To the glory of God, we had the honor of seeing over 94,000 visitors come through our doors. People came to relax, play, study, exercise, get prayed over, and the list goes on. The impact of The Warehouse is reaching so many, and I am blessed that you thought of others with your support. Thank you seems insufficient to express my feelings towards your generosity. May the Lord richly bless you, for giving to the poor, lame, blind, the cripple and the lost, who need a place where they can experience the love of Jesus.
