Mission: The Community Foundation''s mission is to better our community by connecting people who care with causes that matter. The Community Foundation''s vision for the region is that every person is encouraged to create a legacy. Our vision for the Community Foundation is to be the Philanthropic Center for the community in which we serve.
Programs: The Foundation acts as a vehicle to serve donors with varied interests, at various levels of charitable giving. We link those donors with charitable agencies that can most efficiently carry out the objectives and desires for the funds. We offer maximum flexibility in terms of assets that can be used to create a fund, options for the use of our donors' gifts, and benefits, such as recognition and commemoration, that contributors may receive.
