Heroes and Angels is truly a nonprofit with a heart. They help families through the good and the bad when it comes to childhood cancer. They keep helping were other stop. Anything from helping to sanitize a home to providing Christmas stockings full of presents to helping pay for gas to get to the hospital.

Our family has been involved with Heroes and Angels for approximately five years. We do not have a child diagnosed pediatric cancer but became involved after going to the Heroes and Angels ComiConway and seeing the work that they did in the every day lives of children surviving with cancer.
Heroes and Angels works diligently to meet the needs that often go unseen, such as groceries, utilities, travel, respite care, and simply people who understand.
They also provide events where children surviving with cancer can just be a kid for the day, where an event is tailored around them and what will make them feel special.

This group helps families get things they need. If a loved one is experiencing hardships from illnesses like cancer. They are there to make sure there is food, gas, clothing, and anything in between. My heart belongs to this group.
