As a native of Ardmore, I am very proud of the effort that Neighbors Helping Neighbors has taken to preserve the life and memory of the Ardmore community. Muneera’s work is purely angelic and most appreciated.

Ms. Walker is a hero. She has helped me with school and now I am in the correct academic placement. She believed in me and now I have straight A’s in all my classes. I will always be grateful for Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Ms Walker has become someone I can depend on. When I am older I will be sure to volunteer and give back just like the staff at Neighbors Helping Neighbors.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors has truly been a blessing. They have provided educational advocacy that was desperately needed for my son. It has been such a relief knowing that this organization is focused on having better outcomes for the families they serve. They offer a host of services to families who need them most. Also they have best practices that allow for families to not feel stigmatized while receiving assistance.

Great organization that meets a range of community member needs.....food support, classes, immigrant support,etc.

Talk about a powerhouse organization! Muneera Walker sprung into action during the pandemic, drawing on her vast network of resources to respond to community needs that could not be met by the school district and other local services. From food insecurity to education to community advocacy, this little non-profit has had huge impact that has become a staple in the Main Line community & beyond. Being a volunteer for 2 of NHN services has been rewarding and I have seen firsthand the results of the needed services & the passion and diligence of Muneera's efforts. Best of all, I am grateful for building meaningful family relationships that I look forward to seeing every week.

I have volunteered with NHN for the past 4 years. It is an honor and a privilege to provide assistance to those in our community who are in need, in a manner which maintains their dignity and self-worth. All the volunteers are dedicated and hard-working. Muneera Walker maintains a focus on improving the lives of others and in disseminating information to educate people.

I am a doner and a volunteer at NHNOTML. I like to donate my time and money to organizations that I know use the money and my time wisely and to the benefit of those who are in need. I am impressed by the hard work, intelligent thinking and dedication that Muneera and others bring to this organization. The results of this hard work are apparent to those of us who are involved even in a small way. I am pleased to be associated with NHNOTML and to add my help whenever needed.

I have volunteered packing and delivery food to neighbors and have seen how incredibly well organized NHN is - not just for their clients but also for those who are willing to donate their time and organizations donating supplies. They treat everyone with compassion, sensitivity, and dignity. It is a joy to volunteer with the team.

I am a donor and a volunteer. I have had the opportunity to serve as a math and English tutor for two eight graders in public schools on the Main Line. I believe the kids learned something and I am certain that I learned a lot from the experience. I am a big fan of NHN on the Main Line and look forward to continuing to support its mission.

I have worked as a volunteer and contractor for NHN and they have proven themselves to me as a passionate, dedicated, resourceful and crucial nonprofit providing direct services and cultural unification to communities on the Main Line and beyond.
