YAIPaks has been essential to reducing trauma of children entering foster care. When children enter custody they often have the clothes on their backs and nothing else. The local office can keep minimum clothing due to storage space and concerns of bed bugs or other pest that could invade the office. YAIPAKS responds immediately and promptly to request of the Department for clothing, food, furniture, and baby items for new parents. If it were not for YAIPAKS foster children would experience a more traumatic process of leaving everything; and moving forward with nothing. Could not say enough about how much YAIPAKS means to foster children and Department of Childrens Services.
I have been volunteering for just over a year. Seeing firsthand the impact YAIPak has on our community is incredible. Watching people come together to help each other is very inspiring. Whether it’s homeless outreach, working with foster families, veterans, struggling addicts, disaster relief or emergency pack outs. It doesn’t matter where you are in the warehouse you will see compassionate, non-judgmental volunteers willing to do just about anything to help someone in need. Sherry and her team work tirelessly to ensure that every single person that receives help knows they are loved and they matter. People leave YAIPak knowing that YOU ARE IMPORTANT!
I started volunteering at Yai probably 5 years ago after a 40 year nursing career. I’ve never experienced an atmosphere of Love and Joy as hard work was happening! As I learned the Mission and Vision of this organization it began changing my spirit! Truly this is the Work of the Holy Spirit, the Hands and Feet of Jesus working to love people where they are! Meeting physical needs first then their spiritual needs! It’s changed my life! Come be changed from the inside out!
I have seen countless lives, transformed from the door to all over the country where events have been held with this organization. Countless addicts who have been fully funded to go into long-term recovery because this organization cares about life change. Thousands and thousands of children’s basic life needs met, because the teams show up where those children are. Countless veterans who are going from homelessness to housing receiving all the items they need to make their home inviting as they find reconciliation with family members

I met Sherry when she was just starting her nonprofit & hearing her story for the first time, touched my heart. I didn't have much money to give, so I started yard selling & buying things she said they needed such as baby clothes, shoes, rollable luggage, first aid supplies, blankets & more. Some people gave me these items for free when I told them what it was for. Early on, I went to Nashville with the group to help hand out things at a shelter & the gratitude of the receivers and hearing their stories I knew this was a much-needed cause. I now work in an office space for my daughter's business at the YAIPak warehouse & can see the hard work Sherry, her staff, and volunteers put in every day. When they go out in the community, they know many of the homeless by name & love on each & every one. After hugs, their first words are usually, "what do you need today?".

I have watched this amazing organization grow from 1 caring person (the founder) to a well organized outreach program that has made a huge impact not only in our community, but way beyond, in 6 years. I’ve personally had the pleasure of watching those in need impacted and shared tears of joy with them. The team of dedicated volunteers work tirelessly.
Helping out at Yaipak is such a humbling experience! To see all the faces light up and the lives you impact makes it all worth it! Not to mention the workers treat you like family and you are Always greeted with a smile!
I have been volunteering for YAIpak for several years. I enjoy going to the warehouse to help out. I also stock the Patriot food pantries in Lincoln homes and Summit Heights. I love interacting with their clients. A couple of weeks ago a client at the public housing office watched me fill the porch pantry. She came outside and thanked me for bringing the food. She said that it has helped her when she really needed the extra help. The Lincoln homes pantry is in front of the Resident engagement center. There is an older gentleman who always comes across the street to help unload my car. If the homeless guy is in the area he will also help. I wish more people could see the impact YAIpak has on many communities around the country and decide to spend a few hours at the watehouse.
I want to share how I saw God use YAIpak recently after a tornado in Charleston, KY. I had been a teacher in that area before retiring for 25 years of my career! My heart ached for the people that had suffered great loss! There was a life lost, injuries to some and also many homes and material goods. The morning after I saw a church was opening its doors to be a hub to help the people. They put out an initial list of needs. At 10:20 that morning as I read the list I contacted Sherry Nicholson. By 2:15 a truck arrived in Charleston with all the items they had listed on it plus more! There were four of us there, two ladies that were on the truck and we needed manpower to unload and a forklift. As soon as we started unloading, people began showing up and one heard we needed a forklift and was back in three minutes ready to unload the heavy items. Within an hour, the building that would be the hub had gone from empty to stocked! Yaipak didn’t stop there though! They continued to pour into the community with trucks full of items needed for weeks and also brought meals several times! This ministry is so special! The heart starts at the top but each person that is involved has a servants heart for the Lord and to help people! They came in when the people were at their lowest and provided their immediate needs but brought so much more through their kindness and compassion! Thank you Yaipak! God bless this ministry many times over and continue to use them! They are boots on the ground in your time of need!
Our company has donated to YAIPAK on several occasions. We are inspired by their calling to help those less fortunate, those who've been impacted by natural disasters, those who need a helping hand, those who don't feel seen, and honestly the list goes on. The folks at YAIPAK are truly out there doing God's work and we are so grateful to have them in our community!!

Honestly there is so many reasons why me and my whole family choose to serve at Yaipak Outreach!
Every single one of their programs is phenomenal and helping the community in the surrounding areas! When Yaipak says they try to fill in the gap… They honestly do their best, and do it well!! Every single person that serves there are volunteers, and do it out of their heart, including the founder!!
If you ever have the privilege on doing a tour with Sherry Nicholson, you can literally feel God’s love and what he has been doing!
YAIPak Outreach is an amazing organization! I have been involved with them for about 3 years. Their projects that meet the needs of the Homeless, Children in Foster Care, Veterans and Victims of Natural Disasters are beyond reproach. Additionally, their support of numerous additional local non-profits is unprecedented.
I first discovered YAIPak thru a church serve day. Found myself following them on social media after as stories were filled with honestly and genuine care for others. I encountered Patricia in Sango and was drawn to this ministry like nothing before. It’s one thing to have a heart for the hurting, but another to willfully walk towards them with resources and compassion. Have watched every project be impactful during times of great need. Packs of new clothes for foster children enduring heartache we can’t imagine; veterans be made while with new household items; supplies reach families left devastated by floods and tornadoes; and homeless supported getting many to rehab to change direction! Everything you do here matters. I volunteer and do whatever I can because I can’t expect a better community without contributing. Giving financially and physically is making a difference! Friendships assured as you can feel the passion of all. It’s a genuine bond as you unite for others. You will not walk away unchanged when you regularly volunteer. Join YAI! Be the Hope! Spread joy!
these angels are the world to our camp....when things get bad...we always know they have our back...their vetran appreciation is out the roof, and they have never let us down......I and our camp consider them our guardian angels....especially sherry god bless you woman I and our camp love you...c yall the 7th.....
YAIPAK is one of the greats. I have watched this charity grow from one woman trying her best to be Jesus to her local homeless population into the large, organized, effective ministry it is today.
I got to help for the first time when my best friend wanted to volunteer for her birthday. We had an absolute blast. We got to hear the stories of how it began and where it has gone and where the organization hopes to go. I cherished my night there and hope to find time to volunteer more. Love this organization and love what it is doing for Clarksville!
I have been homeless in Nashville,Tn for two years.I started out at a homeless camp and one day on my worst day with a broken tent door,no food,Yaipak came to the camp and changed my out look on ppl who help us.Ever since when i really need there help they go out of there way to help.
My boys love to volunteer at the warehouse with sorting items and loading trucks! It's a great place for families to serve together. I have been blessed to join the team a few times as they hit the streets to take care of the homeless. These people who often feel forgotten are so appreciative of Sherry and her team! They not only serve the homeless, they also meet the needs of foster children, students in need in our schools, they do disaster relief as well. They help our homeless Veterans on the streets, and as they get into housing YAIPaks provides them with all of their basic home supplies for the kitchen and bathroom, and bed linens as well. (Attaching a few of my photos.)
Fantastic group of people and all around wonderful organization helping the homeless no matter the situation. God bless
YAIPacks is unconditional love, non judgmental, God faithful, hard working, whose goal is to care for the less fortunate. They have made tremendous impact on many lives, and continue to reach those who have given up, with their love and hope and supply them with what they need.
I love the men and women that volunteer here and the lives that they are changing daily!!!!! Praise God for people like Mrs. sherry and the gang
I helped sort on a Thursday and got a tour of the facility. It is very well run and organized and the head lady is amazing and so caring. She's does such great work!
Yaipak is doing amazing work for those who are often forgotten. I only wish I was closer to be a part of this great organization.
I took the tour of YaiPaks warehouse last year & was in awe of the wonderful donations; volunteers; the facility; teamwork, etc.
I then spent a day with Sherry and her team of Angel's going in to wooded campsites of homeless.
This day changed my life! These folks were so grateful; loving and praising God for their lives. Some had no shoes; no sleeping materials or food.
My family now buys and donates to the vets & homeless in our area plus also to YaiPaks.
I've never been so full of joy from helping people; showing kindness and being part of "The Hope".
YaiPaks is absolutely #1.
An absolute wonderful organization that I am humbled to support personally and through Mass Pursuit TV. They are an unimaginable enabler throughout Tennessee as well as throughout the US and the work they influence internationally. They work tirelessly to provide anything they can to those less fortunate. Great special group of ladies.
Yaipak does so much for our community and even outside the local community. They are a wonderful support to homeless,
individuals, veterans, child protective services as well as other organizations.
Very friendly people that follow a great cause and goal. We all tend to forget that there are people right here that are hurting and needing support, I love that I know someone will stay warm at night, has a good pair of shoes and knows that there are people that are here, that care.
Amazing organization with loving, genuine people. Honestly trying to serve the community and make a difference. Thanks for all you do!
Yaipaks is an amazing nonprofit ministry! I’ve seen so many lives changed through the unconditional love that is shown to everyone that either volunteers at the warehouse or that is provided for. My own life has been changed by this organization because of the consistency and the unconditional love that Sherry and her team shows.
I was so happy to be able to help this fantastic charity with my donations - I had some questions and they got back with me immediately on a weekend night! The work they do is so needed and so wonderful.
What Yaipak Outreach does for there community, is an awesome thing. It touches my heart to see all there stories they post and Everyone they help. I may not can help all the time but when they ask for donations $$ I always try to send a little something. If you are looking to be a Donor- please help this group, you will be blessed!!
YAIPAKS truly is using each and every day to serve human beings and shine light of God’s love on others.
Love what they stand for and who they serve. This group helps us tremendously in our job of providing homeless Veterans who are getting housed with household goods, furniture, clothes, and items for family members. They also help us at put Thanksgiving meals on these Veterans tables. We are not able to thank this group enough for all they do, not only for our program and Veterans but the communities as a whole.
I had many opportunities to see these amazing people in the trenches doing amazing work and loving on people society has forgotten. They support our troops, our vets and our community. They are godsent angels and I couldn't have asked for a better group to help love on people.
Yaipaks is an amazing group of people serving our less privileged! It was an honor to help them in the past!
I love the work they do for the veterans and homeless people. They even go to other areas to help out and truly love their missions.
My sister-in-law Tracy works with them and when I went with my mother-in-law down there from.
Indiana she helped me and her brother with some closes and food and some cleaning stuffsince we are not working full time it really helped us alot. So once again that you YAIPAKS.
Sincerely
Valerie & Dave Gunnett
This wonderful outreach program has been such a blessing to so many. We moved here over a year ago and have witnessed the God given grace that pours from the commitment and love of each owner and volunteer alike. They bring awareness to those who need it and go above and beyond to insure that our community knows Gods plan and helps fulfill it the best way possible. I love what you all stand for and proudly donate to this blessing.
In July 2018 our entire house flooded due to a broken pipe, we lived in a hotel until the insurance kicked us out and we were forced to go home without any belongings. YAIPaks contacted me and gave us pillows and bedding until our stuff could be returned. She also gifted some stuffed animals to our daughters during this transition. We have since volunteered with them and the girls remember that this place was the place that loved us and helped us and help so many others.
I have seen YAIPAKS grow from day one. Who would have thought a group of people getting together to fill purses with love would turn into such an amazing non-profit. My son volunteers on Thursday nights and loves helping Sherry and the rest of the volunteers.
This is a wonderful group that helps so many people! They provide clothes toiletries tents blankets and so much more to the homeless they also provide Totes of Hope for veterans who are getting in to housing and provide clothing to children taken to foster care among their outreach they also provide school supplies to impoverished children in Appalachia as well as clothing and shoes Twice in Two years they have gone to Texas in the aftermath of hurricanes to provide cleaning supplies as well A great group of people to work with as well!
Cannot say enough good things about YAIpak. I’ve watched this grow from handing out purses filled with hygiene supplies to donated clothes and micro homes. It is such an incredible outreach and inspires so many to volunteer!
No matter what is going on in life, Sherry is always there, always ready to lend a hand, make a pickup, or educate others! We need MORE Sherry's in this world to let Jesus light shine brighter!!!
YAIPAKS is a one in a million organization and it's because Sherry has lived it and understands the ONLY way to get out of it...Jesus Christ our Lord!!!
Our family has been struggling to stay afloat since my 19 year old son was killed in 2017. Not just financially, but with everything. YAIPaks donated a car to our family and things have been turning around since then. My son who just graduated his first year of college was able to get his drivers license. Receiving this gift has helped us tremendously and the effects are continuing. YAIPaks not only helped our family but a family friend who became family was needing to get out of a dangerous situation and YAIPaks enabled her to get her own place and have it furnished with the necessities of life. Food, clothes shoes a crib and clothes for her son, dishes, pretty much everything you'd need at a new place when you start over from nothing. YAIPaks isn't just a helps organization, it's a conduit of love and resources sent from our heavenly father, everywhere they go lives are healed and blessed because of them!
I help serve with Yaipak and enjoy helping them help the community. they are passionate about what they do and it shows. They care about each person and treat them as a person that comes through the door needing help. You can feel the love they have for people and spreading Jesus wherever they are.
I have volunteered twice at YAIPaks. On the surface, what you see is a well-organized organization. They have the process of serving down to a fine art. BUT, it's when you listen to Sherry and the team talk about what they do and why that you see the heart of YAIPaks.
The love they show to those in need is unmatched. They take great care to be sure that every life they touch doesn't just see a person handing them clothing, tents, food, etc.; but, that person sees God.
We are called to be the hands and feet of God - serving others without condemnation. And, that is what YAIPaks does and inpires others to do.
I look forward to serving again soon.
What an amazing group of ladies!! They are always putting everyone first, rain, snow, sleet or shine. Bless you all.
Grateful to play just a small role in the amazing organization that is impacting lives across this nation.

Such an amazing group of Disciples! Stepping forward to be the hands and feet of Jesus, reaching a destitute population! I know Sherry, the founder, personally and she is such a delightful and loving human! My friend, you are in the mountain moving business! ❤
An amazing organization that goes to the darkest places to reach the homeless. They also support their community and surrounding communities by meeting needs to DCS agency, Crisis Pregnancy Centers and Domestic Abuse Centers. Recently they started Hope for Totes for Veterans. Tote filled with items to start up a home ( kitchen items, bathroom and bedding). An organization that main goal is to Bless those in need while giving unconditional love!!
Amazing ministry with people dedicated to helping those without homes and enduring harsh conditions on the street. Many women and children are helped as well as children placed in foster care. There are a lot of organizations that do good work but this one is by far one of the most dedicated and worthwhile ones around.
Follow on Facebook & very impressed with how far they go to help those in need. It’s so obvious they all have a heart to make everyone they meet feel special & loved . Very proud to support this organization. A monthly donation can help more than you think. Encourage everyone to give.
