Volunteer Frederick is a wonderful organization that does so much for our local community! Their youth programs are extraordinary and allow me to participate in a variety of different service projects! I love their SummerServe Express program and the Youth Action Corps program (YAC)for short! I have earned over 200 service hours through thier programs. All of the staff are wonderful and they truly care about what we do!
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the variety of service projects that I have been able to participate in. From making rabbit toys for rescued rabbits to hosting developmentally disabled youth in a Parents Day Out event to planning MLK, JR Day of Service activities, I have done a lot!!
