After losing my brother (and best friend) to lymphoma, I was introduced to Next Generation Choices Foundation — aka Less Cancer. The organization is unique in that it targets behavior we can collectively change before cancer strikes, a prophylactic approach. The leadership is warm and empathic, the vision is strong, and the events they produce are meaningful, well designed, and impactful, particularly their connection to politicians in Washington and nationally. In a time of great discord, collaborating over fighting cancer has become a reliably bi-partisan opportunity.
Less Cancer is a phenomenal organization. Its focus on educating the public regarding cancer prevention is an invaluable part of the fight against this terrible disease. Bill Couzens and his team work tirelessly to spread important preventative information around the country.

I live on the New Hampshire border and am concerned with water quality issues as they relate to both wildlife and human life. Next Generation is doing incredible work raising awareness about PFAS chemicals and their connection to cancer in children. Unlike many orgs, they're working tirelessly to educate the public and policy makers in order to prevent cancers, an impressive goal.
I have participated in fund raising with Bill, the founder. They are doing great work educating about cancer. This is a foundation I believe in and trust! Keep doing the great job you are doing #LessCancer !

I have learned so much from this group— the activities and writings are always so topical and inspirational with information that I feel helps me be a better and more enlightened citizen.
LessCancer delivers advocacy and heart to the greater public. Whether in Washington DC or on America’s wheat fields— this is a group that walks the walk in creating a better, healthier and more intelligent knowledge base for us, our children and children’s children.
I strongly urge you support LessCancer.
Less Cancer distinguishes itself from other non-profit organizations by focusing on large scale advocacy for the prevention of cancer and chronic disease. The organization does amazing work educating the general public, healthcare workers, and our nation's leaders on the importance of cancer and disease prevention through workshops and social media outlets. I am an avid supporter of this cause and organization, and encourage others to become involved and learn more about Less Cancer's important work.
Next Generation Choices is a unique organization in a number of ways. Instead of working the cancer problem from the side of consequences, they are working the problem at the roots. What is causing the incredible cancer issue in our world? What choices (or Next Generation Choices) can we make that will prevent this problem for our children's children? I have a friend who once explained that there are three ways to die: old age, car wreck, or cancer. That's an unfortunate reality. Cancer should not be expected in our families. Next Generation Choices has created an impressive group of leaders who are looking at the cancer issue from scientific and social perspectives. They are thoughtully working the problem in a way that doesn't garner enough national attention -- but could ultimately make the difference.
