I was phone solicited today and found the agent who called to be unlistening and disrespectful of my views. I understand that the fundraiser's goal is to get me to give money, but to continue arguing with me after I explain my reasons for not donating not once, but 3 times, really rubs me the wrong way. I would not EVER contribute to this organization.

Hello Camille, I am sorry the delay in our response and I apologize for the inconsiderate phone call you received from our telemarketing firm. Please understand that we work with a third party company to manage our national telemarketing efforts. I ensure you that we take your comment very seriously and we will look into this matter. If you'd like to contact me directly, please do so and provide me with any additional information you have on the telephone call so that I can look into it. Again, I apologize for your experience and I ensure you that MSAA does not intend to pressure or disrespect any potential donors. Please feel free to contact me directly at (800) 532-7667, ext. 117.
