The young ladies participating in the FM Lady Thunder organization and programs, serving the North Texas area, will gain valuable life skills through active participation and promotion of physical fitness, personal responsibility, discipline and community involvement.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the positive difference this youth group makes in the local communities.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the genuine desire and commitment of members to make a difference in the lives of others.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
focused, knowledgable, dedicated and AWESOME!
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
build a facility that could provide a sustainable system of community service intiatives by organizing those capable of supporting key initiatives.
Ways to make it better...
we had more community and/or corporate resources to assist with meeting those in need.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
external and sustainable funding resources.
One thing I'd also say is that...
don't be fooled by the "sports" tag on this organization. They are a legitimate non-profit group where Board Members, Officers and Coaches VOLUNTEER their time. 100% of external funding is directed to the many community iniatives throughout the year.
