TSP’s mission is” Every good deed deserves a good leader”, every individual we help recruit should be able to make a measurable difference for the well being of society.
Third Sector Partners is a boutique high-end executive search firm serving social and corporate sector clients desirous of recruiting exceptional talent at senior management and Board levels, who will make a measurable impact to the world of have-nots and bottom of the pyramid markets.
Third Sector Partner’s mission, “Every Good Deed Deserves Every Good Leader” fills the void which has plagued the sector for many years: leadership quality of top management in positions of change and influence.
The profits it creates are hived back into a home grown initiative “Katalyst” which, in keeping with the spirit of “commitment to core competencies in service of the society”, helps identify talented girls from underprivileged communities and gives them a chance at life through education, personality development and life skills. Katalyst hopes to staff the world of future management with women leaders of substance. And so that none of this becomes the privilege of a few and the domain of talent and leadership search becomes inclusive, self-sustaining and almost a movement, Third Sector Partrners has recently launched barefootjobs.org, an online job portal exclusively dedicated to the not-for-profit, development, corporate social responsibility and sustainability sectors.
