Mission:
In recent years, Helena has experienced unprecedented growth and development. New neighborhoods, shopping malls, restaurants, theatres, sports facilities, civic buildings, churches, and so on have proclaimed that this community is a progressive one. The Pad for Paws Foundation believes that Helena should likewise have a new Lewis & Clark Humane Society Animal Shelter, one that would mirror this community's human, progressive spirit.
