OPERATION SPOT INC

Mission: To end the unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in ST. Louis area pounds and shelters.
Programs: 909-VETS--referral to local veterinarians who perform moderate-cost spaying and neutering; TenSPOT Fix--subsidy spaying and neutering of male and female cats; Development of a handout series on cat confinement, emergency evacuation, and personal emergency planning; Conduct two public forums on items pertaining to Mission.Free Straw to Warm Paws.
