Media Arts Center San Diego is one of the most amazing organization my young son started taking Film making classes around 2016 when he was 10 he loves film making and wants to make it his career. This organization is not only amazing they are life changing! My son has also been the recipient of scholarships. My sons has learn so many advance skills as a result of the skills he learn he wrote, filmed and produced a short film that was accepted at several film festivals he was also interview by Chanel 10 Positively SD. I believe the amazing team at MACSD, the director, board members, teachers and staff made it possible they have change my sons life journey he developed a passion for film making. During this process I have seen many young film makers it is heart warming to see them grow make new friends and be so excited to show their work and their learning process specially when they are recognized when they receive their awards. I believe MACSD needs more support to grow and expand their program and more youth should have the Opportunity to participate.
