DI is doing an amazing job. I've seen their work in Thailand and was impressed with the quality of their care for orphans. Their care includes meeting the physical, mental and emotional needs of the kids in their homes. DI is great about updating donors regarding their work and I've found them to be very accessible to any questions I've had. They are really on the cutting edge of serving in SE Asia in that they work in areas where most can't or won't. It has been a privilege to be involved as a donor!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

my visit to Thailand, seeing their homes and the kids they serve.

I can personally attest to the character and integrity of the founder of Divine Inheritance Marcus Young. I have known Marcus for over 20 years and even when I first knew him I was amazed at how he was preparing himself for this life work with passion, commitment and discipline. It is not an accident that DI is having such a profound impact, My husband and I consider it a privilege to be part of this great work that is truly making a difference. We can without hesitation encourage others to do likewise. This non profit work is not only Marcus' "Devine Inheritance" but it is also ours as we come alongside and assist financially or otherwise.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

seeing Divine Inheritance grow in impact and reach thru the years. Each year they grow and increase their work. Each year projects are completed and new ones set as goals. Each year the children they rescue become healthier in every way.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

their unwavering determination to rescue and nurture these children.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

rescue more children and see them nurtured to wholeness. DI has the experience and track record to not only rescue the kids, but also help them become whole emotionally and otherwise.

Divine Inheritance is an organistion that truly makes a difference to the lives of children in war torn countries, who have been the victims of unspeakable acts of violence. I have personally witnessed the immense impact this organisation has on the lives of those who have been rescued. Apart from food and shelter, they are given a hope and a future and are being educated and raised to be future leaders in their countries. As they have been treated with love and integrity so shall they lead.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

I have personally seen the lives of children and adults change in loving, caring environments. Each time I visit I have the pleasure of watching broken people come to life, receiving healing, restoration and regaining their dignity.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

The organisation does not need changing it just needs more money to realise the dreams of those who are at its head. The potential to change lives and rescue children is already there. Not enough money to do it and children have had to be turned away.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

A sense of making a real difference in a work that is pioneering. Seeing visible changes in people's lives.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Simply amazing; selfless, passionate humble, wise and people who give of their whole selves

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

rescue and look after all the children of war in Asia and South America

Ways to make it better...

I could do more

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

Money and the constant threat of war over the children who have already been rescued

One thing I'd also say is that...

If I didn't have to work to fund my trips to Asia I would be volunteering in this organisation full time.

Divine Inheritance is doing the type of work that is often overlooked in the nonprofit world. They fulfill their responsibilities with an engaging integrity and continue to push the enevelope when it comes to creative fundraising and awareness, especially in the 20-something demographic. They are an excellent, established organization that is changing lives one child at a time.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

potentially rid a portion of the world of child soldiers and provide quality aftercare for those same children so that they can have the chance at a nonviolent life.

Hi, I have been supporting the work of Divine Inheritance and am totally privileged to do so. This organization is rescuing 'children' from a life of dreadful abuse, abandonment and slavery and providing them with health and wholeness, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Maureen Puddle

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Rescuing children and providing them with a new life of Hope and Health.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Do just what Divine Inheritance are doing!

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

Having the opportunity to hear the stories of the children who have been rescued and too see the pictures of their happiness and life.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

Sacrificial and enormously loving people with the heart and the will to do whatever is needed to do this work, no matter the risks they personally face.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

Increase its work to rescue the Child Soldiers and provide life giving support, health, education and the opportunity for each child to become someone who will give back in hope and health to others in their Country who lack this right now.

Ways to make it better...

If one day I had the opportunity to personally communicate with the child I am supporting.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

To be able to protect the Children in situations often of extreme danger, due to the ongoing hostile military action in this country.

One thing I'd also say is that...

This organization have more than proved themselves as totally trustworthy, highly responsible and worthy of the FULL Support of the Community in their desire and efforts to do this work.
