Target demographics: Low- income community members and families living in Paterson, NJ, Passaic County, NJ and northern NJ who are in need of groceries and social services. Also middle- school aged children from Paterson's School 5.
Someone who had 3 hours of volunteer time could: Bag 120 grocery bags, which would feed around 40 people for one week!

Mission:
CUMAC feeds people and changes lives. It works to alleviate hunger and its root causes for those in need in Paterson, Passaic County and northern NJ.

I have been organizing our( church group) trip to volunteer at CUMAC since 2010. The team of employees and volunteers we have worked with are exceptional! CUMAC is definately living out their mission staement "Feeding People and CHanging Lives". And what a great feeling it is to be a part of that...
