Reviews for Crayons to Classrooms
A fabulous resource for myself, my students, and my school. I was able to add so many resources to my classroom that I would not have been able to without them!
What a great resource. I have used their service and found it to be very beneficial. It is simply too expensive for teachers to supply school supplies to their students. This program really fills in the gap.
Crayons to Classrooms has helped me many times to provide the classroom essentials to my students who otherwise would not have had what they needed to be successful. The workers and volunteers are friendly and extremely helpful. THANK YOU to all the organization and people who make this an option for teachers. Your service saves us time, frustration and out of pocket money! S. Fitzgerald MVA
Crayons to Classrooms has a become a trusted and valued staple to teachers in the Dayton area. They make it possible for lots of kids to get supplies that they need, but otherwise can't buy themselves. Thanks to C2C and all of their donors for this much-needed support!
Crayons to Classroom is a great asset to our school district and community. They provide a venue to assists teachers with various items to enrich their classroom environment, and incentives for students. The facility is well organized , and staffed with cheerful volunteers. I hope that they are able to continue their services for many years to come.
I have had the pleasure of seeing the great work of Dayton Crayons to Classrooms serving the teachers and students throughout our community. We serve many schools in several communities and counties in the Miami Valley area. The teachers are so grateful for the materials. One thing I find especially fun are the donations of materials that are not necessarily school supplies. We receive art, furniture and other donations that we accept. Teachers always find a use for these, they are very creative. The Dayton Crayons to Classrooms staff always find a way to utilize the uncommon materials.
I have been a volunteer at Crayons To Classrooms for a little over a month, and have enjoyed the experience so very much. The people there are very friendly and professional at the same time. The work they do is simply amazing .
The supplies and resources that that C2C gives to teachers and staff are greatly appreciated and necessary. Thank you for all that you do!
In my life as a teacher, - I've taught for 28 yrs. - there are few things that have warmed my heart more than the gracious people who show such generosity through their donations that we get free of charge. Sometimes teaching can be a thankless job, but Crayons to Classrooms always feels like a great, big THANK YOU! I work in a school where 99% of the students are at or below the poverty level. So often, they come without basic items they need, but because of Crayons to Classrooms, they have everything they need, and it doesn't come out of my pocket! Thank so much! You are a God-sent blessing!

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
I have worked with organizations that give teachers a stipend. This is the first experience, even when asked, where no stipend was mentioned. I appreciate the opportunity to shop and noticed all the loyal supporters in Montgomery County. Thank you as I look forward to shopping this next semester...
