As a leader in the field of developmental disabilities, Clearbrook serves over 3000 people yearly from 80 Suburbs and the city of Chicago. Established in 1955, Clearbrook provides residential, skill development and employment services at more than 40 facilities in many suburban communities. We serve the needs of children with developmental delays and adults with developmental disabilities as well as their families.

The residential facility is a disaster run by people that are way past their time. Promotions are often given without interviewing and not to the most experienced or most suited for the job. A state monitor is basically living on site at this point due to the many incident reports and poor staffing...
