The Amelia Arts Academy is excellent for children and adults alike in Nassau County. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have a wide variety of classes and lessons and often hold special concerts and events. I sent my daughter to summer camp there last summer and it was so wonderful. She not only had fun with her friends, but was able to participate in healthy and enriching activities at the same time. I highly recommend AAA and will be returning next summer!

The management of the Academy has improved tremendously over the past couple of years. They are very enthusiastic and caring, even in the face of reduced revenues caused by the economy. I highly recommend the Amelia Arts Academy.

I've seen the compassion and enthusiasm put forth by the Amelia Arts Academy's staff firsthand. They go above and beyond and reach outside of the normal "comfort zone" to bring amazing programs to our communities that would otherwise not be available. I wish them continued success and hope that others in our community realize their importance and the impact they have!

As a local small business we are proud to help raise awareness and participate in fundraising events with the staff at The Amelia Arts Academy. The staff are pleasant to work with, their appreciation and compassion is reflected in the students and instructors. This positive atmosphere moves us to stand ready for the next time we can assist.
Two all~day musical fundraisers were a success due to the support of an arts community built from this small but powerful circle at The Amelia Arts Academy.

My son has taken music lessons at the Amelia Arts Academy for approximately 5 years. I feel very fortunate to have such an exceptional establishment in our small community. The staff at the Amelia Arts Academy are outstanding. Not only have they shared their musical talents and abilities with my son, but they are very active in our community as well. Offering free concerts, classes and seminars. Not to mention, summer camps for all ages. I feel that my son has received excellent musical instructon and an instilled love and appreciate for the arts. Thanks to, the amelia arts academy.

I am involved with the Amelia Arts Academy because I believe in its purpose. Through my active participation and financial support I am helping to create a strong arts environment in our community. I am also a professional musician/educator and can see the value of what the arts bring to the lives of people of all ages. Nassau County is a better place to live because of the arts!

I have been involved in the Amelia Arts Academy for 12 years or more. After taking up the flute at age 60 I started playing in a band in Rochester, NY. It fulfilled my life but then we moved to Amelia Island and lo and behold we found the Academy. A band was started with only 5 people and we are now closing in on 40 people. The practice once a week, community concerts in nursing homes, more formal concerts in various venues and the friendships made have been a wonderful addition to retirement. But I was originally a violinist in high school and longed to get back to a string group. One was developed and we are practicing once a week, leading to concerts and nursing homes visits. So I find myself at the Academy two times a week for the practices and love every minute of it. If every little town could be so fortunate to have the same opportunity we do. We have been to many children's recitals through the years and it is fun to see the progress they make, especially the little ones.

During my time here in the area, I have seen and read about all that Amelia Arts Academy has provided for the community. I have attended the recitals where I was pleased to see the progress of the children that have taken classes at the Amelia Arts Academy. My great grandchild takes classes at the Academy also. The staff is so professional and give their all to what the Academy stands for in this community. The teachers are so talented and dedicated.
