Mission: Our purpose is to strengthen communities. This is achieved by: identifying local leadership already at work in their communities, empowering them with the tools that will make their goals achievable, assisting in the provision of educational support and skill development that will raise the standard of living for the local populous, intervening in emergency situations, and networking and partnering with other non-profit organizations, churches, and corporations to make the dream of community change a reality.
Our core values include: compassion, dignity, respect, integrity, accountability, and relationships. World Impact Network's educational programs provide personal and professional development for leaders without regard to religious beliefs, gender, or cultural and ethnic backgrounds of those we serve.
Results: Since 2007, WIN has graduated students through our partnerships with various American accredited universities. This year WIN launched it's new initiative, The New International University (TNIU). TNIU is an online American theological institution that provides undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate degree programs for leaders in the emerging world. We believe that giving leaders the ability to receive education in their own contexts allows them to generate knowledge related to the social, political and economic issues that are prevalent in their own communities and nations. They can study while continuing to server their communities. WIN also continues to provide informal training for leaders globally through income generating skill training and basic medical intervention and prevention programs as well as disaster preparedness awareness.
Target demographics: bring about positive change in the lives of leaders both locally and in the emerging nations.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Each year Win and TNIU targets hundreds of leaders when delivering both formal and informal education globally.
Geographic areas served: Global
Programs: Higher education in the form of certificate, undergraduate and graduate education;
Income skill development and training for leaders without formal education;
Re-invention forums and seminars for continuing education for local community leaders
Gabriella van Breda and the WIN ngo are tireless in their efforts to bring wholeness to families in need of assistance. They serve tirelessly to bring healing and restoration to the under-privileged and help to restore their dignity. They are a body of people who give their time, finances, and expertise to make life better for others. I have the greatest respect for this organisation and they deserve recognition for always doing the very best for their community.
We joined Gaby van Breda and her WIN team on a missionary trip to Kenya, to teach and preach the gospel, both in theory and in very practical ways.
As a group we demonstrated God's love by equipping the Leaders with pratical life skills like bee-keeping, water purification, sewing, and agricultural methods of growing crops of food. We further taught them to market their produce in the local markets, as well as teaching them hygiene and how to control the spread of AIDS.
WIN is a highly effective organisation, compassionate, and caring changing the lives of people, uplifting and equipping them spiritually and practically.
We consider ourselves blessed to have been part of this organisation reaching out to others who have great needs!

WIN truly lives up to its mission to strengthen communities both locally and internationally. Locally, they are reaching out and serving those most in need with their Renewal Food Bank - the clients served here are not just a number, they are viewed as real people and treated with kindness and respect. The training that WIN is involved in overseas empowers people to improve their own lives and in turn make a greater impact in their community.
A nonprofit is most admirable when they do above and beyond the general "needs" of a community. I feel that World Impact Network not only fulfills these needs, but does so with a kind and compassionate spirit, treating each customer with dignity and respect. They even go so far as setting up the food bank area so it has the atmosphere of a grocery store (so that customers feel respected and honored)! I love this nonprofit and the people that work for WIN!
