Our oldest son has received services from UCP Central PA for almost two decades. A little over a year ago, he transitioned into their residential services program, and we have seen amazing progress! We take great comfort in knowing he has people supporting him that truly care about helping him live his best life.

I have had a relationship with UCP Central PA for years. I partnered with them when I worked at a nearby church full time for several years as a sponsor, event attendee, and a volunteer. A couple years ago I adopted a child with special needs and my appreciation for UCP Central PA and what they offer participants and their families has grown even more. They are meeting HUGE needs in our community by creating life without limits for those with disabilities. Over the last year I was hired to work for UCP Central PA and I'm proud of the difference that our organization is making in many lives. The President/CEO and staff are an inspiring group to work with. Whether you're a volunteer, sponsor, event attendee, parent, family member, participant, or even seeking employment with UCP Central PA, I HIGHLY recommend them. Many lives have been changed because of UCP Central PA and many more will be impacted in the future. This organization is "the real deal." Life without limits!

I work for a not-for-profit CCRC in Mechanicsburg, PA and am often blessed to have gently used DME to donate to the larger community as our residents finish with their use of it. UCP's "Changing Hands" program gives us the opportunity to connect this medical equipment with folks who can put it to good use. I always appreciate their responsiveness to my calls to come pick up the equipment as it grows larger than my storage closet can contain.

I am fortunate to receive donations of gently used Durable Medical Equipment from residents and families here at Bethany Village when they no longer need them. It's wonderful to have a program like Changing Hands at UCP where I know these items will be refurbished and distributed to clients in the community who greatly benefit from them. I am glad to partner with Jackie Wardle and her team to make this happen.

I believe in this charity because a large part of my donation is used to provide services directly to individuals who receive services. This organization operates so effeciently, and with a published overhead of only 8%, I am confident that my donation is put to good use. I appreciate the fact that UCP provides services to people with all types of disabilities and conditions, and all ages of people. Therefore, I know my money will be used where the need is greatest, and I will not have to make the determination on my own who has the most need.
