I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee and I co-facilitate classes at the Relationship Skills Center with my husband. I cannot speak more highly of this organization and the difference I have seen it make in the lives of community families. I am so lucky to spend my weekends with the parents who attend these classes. As facilitators, we have a lot of information to share about healthy communication, relationships, and parenting--but I can truly say that we learn from our participants as well. Seeing parents make a commitment to their families inspires me to do the work that I do. We are so fortunate to have the Relationship Skills Center in the Sacramento community.
