This is my personal experience: Operation Ward 57 is immediately present and helpful as newly wounded military men and women arrive at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where my son spent nearly 2 years in 2011. Besides supporting the wounded these amazing people provide for the families of the wounded who have traveled to be with their loved one. Special holiday treats & meals, wagons to assist with transporting kids or belongings around the center, providing special events for wounded and their care-givers before & after they return home, financial assistance when required, organizing adopting a family for Christmas, etc., etc., etc. Honest, transparent and run from the director’s home. A truly “hands on” organization that responds to the needs of combat wounded families as they arise. Most highly recommended!!

It is my privelege to work directly with Operation Ward 57 director Brittney Hamilton to match Wounded Warriors needs with an agency that cares to make a difference. Thank you to all board members and volunteers who make a difference every day.

I've been involved with Operation Ward 57 for 4 years networking and doing exhibits together at JBLM. The people in this organization are AMAZING!!!
I customize and personalize artificial limbs, and when I needed some help with funding to deliver a chrome painted limbs for Veteran before Christmas, Brittany Hamilton and the other members of OP Ward 57 made the donation to make it happen.
God Bless Everyone, Thank you OP Ward 57 for all you do to help our Wounded Warriors.
