Mission: TTPS was founded in September 2001. We provide reentry transition and support services to young adult offenders returning to the community from incarceration, to substance abusers who completed residential recovery programs and require additional support, and to foster care and probationary youth in transitional living. Clients practice their independent living skills as they return to community. During the four to six month program, our counselors teach them to do their own thinking and make positive decisions about everyday life. We identify basic and technical needs through educational and transitional case management such as: driver's license or personal ID, social security card, restoration of voting rights, GED Preparation, community resource network, career planning, college prep and education assistance, referrals for social services, faith-based mentoring and support services, vocational counseling.citizenship, test fees, job training and placement, and legal services to restore lives and to give them a hope and a future.
