Causes: Health, Patient & Family Support
Mission: The Rainbow Connection makes wishes come true for Michigan children with life threatening medical conditions. In addition, we provide support services to eligible wish families in need.
Results: We have made dreams come true for over 3.500 Michigan families since 1985.
Target demographics: children with a verified life threatening medical condition through a medical professional.
Direct beneficiaries per year: Each year on average we support over 200 Michigan families.
Geographic areas served: Michigan
