Mission: To enable the needy to overcome poverty through satisfaction of their basic needs and affording them the opportunity to grow and to be self sufficient.
This is done by collaborating with community businesses and organizations to provide:
Food for the hungry
School of HOPE – Pre-vocational and vocational job training and placement
Housing, health and social service referrals
To build strong children and families enabled to break the cycle of poverty in their lives
In other words, we give children, individuals, and families HOPE for the Future through food distribution, educational programs, social service collaboration, and coalition building to break the cycle of poverty in their lives. We help families realize their dreams.
We do this by serving more than 500,000 people annually in Fort Worth and Dallas.
Results: Last year in 2023 we were able to provide 289,267 families with food baskets. We also provided 1,655 holiday baskets to families. 75 students were trained to operate forklifts with hands on experience. 70% received jobs following training.
Together we are making a difference in our community! We would like to thank all of our donors, volunteers and staff.
