family practices - spectrum health zeeland community hospital's family practices provide outpatient healthcare at two locations in the community. The staff includes family medicine physicians, obstetricians/gynecologists , and pediatricians who are committed to high standards of patient care and satisfaction. The family practices use the patient center medical home model focusing on proactive health care and illness prevention.
