Causes: Food, Food Banks & Pantries
Mission: Hello and Good Day, The Yreka Food Bank is a 501c3 Nonprofit that has served the community for over 40 years. We serve the entire county and do not restrict food assistance based on income or living situation. Since serving the entire county we have almost doubled our service numbers. We thank everyone who has supported and donated to us over these many years. We have fought hard to maintain our history and place in the community as an organization that always puts the people first. We always strive to help where our resources guide us.

Programs: Once a month food bag assistance to housed individuals and families. Twice a month food bag assistance to the homeless Clothing Closet (Subject to what we have at time) Safe Drinking Container Assistance (Subject to what we have at time) Animal Food Assistance (Subject to what we have at time) Housewares assistance (Subject to what we have at time) Sleeping bag assistance (Subject to what we have at time) Fresh Produce Program (Subject to growing seasons and what we have at the time) Thanksgiving Baskets (Separate from regular food assistance, collaborative project with Salvation Army) Christmas Baskets (Separate from regular food assistance, collaborative project with Salvation Army)
