Mission: To further the fire and emergency medical services in york county, maine by providing meetings for transfer of information, forming committees to coordinate and provide shared training and operational activities, assisting state training organizations by determining the needs of providers within york county, providing liaisons from the organization on outside committees throughout the state.
Programs: Provided fire and ems training in a hands-on weekend format for approximately 139 firefighters and emt's from york county.
six month training program to prepare approximately 23 york county firefighters to be certified at a higher state level.
