Mission: Women in Technology of Tennessee was founded to support women in the advancement of their education and careers in all areas of technology. WiTT provides a forum for Tennessee women to empower women in technology through education, outreach, mentoring, and networking.

The organization also supports outreach by providing monetary support to various technology education forums and associations, including but not limited to the stem think tank at harpeth hall school, the technology student association at page high school, the art2stem program at john early magnet middle school, and the merrol hyde magnet school robotics team.
