Mission: The organization was formed to hold and operate the "westport headlands," a piece of coastal property centrally located in the village of westport. Westport is a small community of less than 1,000 located on the northern california coast. The property is subject to written easement conditions established by the state of california as a condition of the property aquisition. The property is to remain open space and open to the publice use.
Programs: The society holds and operates the westport headlands for the public benefit.
