Mission: VOZ Workers’ Rights Education Project (“VOZ”) is a worker-led organization that empowers immigrants and day laborers to gain control over their working conditions through leadership development, organizing, and community education.

voz provides training, mentoring, public education, lectures, discussions, and workshops to day laborers and community members on organized leadership development, public speaking, and working with others. Voz also offers cultural and public education activities, including music, art and theatre. We host english as a second language classes for day laborers and computer classes to enable day laborers to access technology.
