Programs: Casa program:supported required casa training and sponsored speaker for 'annual training day' which enriched advocates and assisted to increase compliance with training requirementshosted a 'light of hope' appreciation dinner for the casa volunteer advocates to celebrate their efforts and to aid with retentionprovided recruitment support to attract volunteers, advocates and peer coordinatorssupported management development for the casa program staff supported the cody program (court orientation for dependent youth) designed to educate older youth about the dependency process and their options in the system connected various community members and organizations with the casa children so the children could have backpacks, new shoes and various other important items or services. These also included child enrichment opportunities such as camp, museum visits, tutoring, etc. Continued to grow our partnerships with the kappa alpha theta's, the arians family foundation and several other organizations focused on better outcomes for children in foster caredirectly provided child enrichment benefits and opportunities to over 250 casa children a co-sponsor, along with other child welfare organizations, of the first family reunification day event in maricopa county to honor successful family reunification. Partnered with prevent child abuse az to host a boogie in blue fund raising event to support frd. A resource to the care team (child advocate response examination) during the review of the child protective services process and solicitation cross-program accomplishments:approved by the az irs as a qualified foster care charitable organization w/donors now eligible for the qco tax credit. This spans across child enrichment and program support. Adminitered a gas card program for casas who bring siblings together who are placed apart. These casas many times travel a significant number of miles to support their casa child
