Mission: Virginia rides is organized to benefit virginia regional transit, a public charity and an organization exempt from taxation under irc section 501(c)(3), by providing transit services to those people who do not have access to transit services provided (continured sch. O) by local, state or federal governments, expressly including those people who live in rural communities, who are edlerly, handicapped or disabled, or who live in economically depressed areas.
Programs: The organization coordinates, promotes and provides transporation services to all citizens of the region with emphasis on disabled, elderly & disadvantaged residents
