Mission: The virgilina volunteer fire association's primary exempt purpose is to provide fire suppression and emergency medical assistance to their designated district.
Programs: The virgilinia volunteer fire department provides fire education, prevention and suppression to a one hundred square mile district in two states (virginia & north carolina). It's mutual aid territory covers four counties (two in virginia & two in north carolina). The department's emergency medical technicians also provide first responder services to these same areas.
