Programs: Efficiency programs for low income vermonters: in collaboration with the state of vermont office of economic opportunity/ community action councils (caps), neighbor works and housing vermont, vlite provided funding for the following efficiency programs: resource, vt office of economic opportunity, vt housing & conservation board, vt law school, and vt energy education programs.
