I will not put my name to this review due to my family issues. But I got something to say about this agency. One of my family members went missing recently (Matthew Gurule). This agency found out about him missing and we were in contact with them. They met with the family when we needed someone to show us how to start looking for Matthew. They helped us. We got the news to do a report. They helped get searches organized. They went beyond to be there for the family. I mean what agency would let you call them say early morning 4 or 5 am to talk. This agency did. They always kept us up to date on what was going on. They went beyond their call to check out leads that needed to be. To me they did more than what we got from law enforcement. This agency never once lied to us or gave us false hope. They were there for us because they wanted to. I met them through this whole ordeal. I did not know them very well but when I met them they were nice and sweet. They were also very professional. I have talked to other family members about this case. I found that some people (not saying names) talked bad about them for no reason. In fact one family member took it on themselves to tell them to stop. This made a lot of us mad. we are glad that this agency did not stop. We are glad that they put what was important and that was finding Matthew. Sadly Matthew was found dead. But we could not of done this without this agency. I do not care what others say. This agency is awesome and they have my full support. They did more than what another agency did. (just saying). This agency was willing to meet with us at the drop of the hat. They always answered our questions and gave us answers. If they did not know the answer they found it out. So yes I can say this agency deserves the 5 stars. I believe that a huge part in finding Matthew was due to the hard work and dedication of this agency. They were always professional and always took in to fact how we felt and what we suggested. SO I can say Thank you guys for all you did for our family. Some of us are deeply hurt at how you were treated and how certain people acted. Thank you so much for all the hard work and hours you put in looking for Matthew. I know from what I was told you guys did searches for hours at end and never gave up. SO thank you so much for all you did. We can not express our gratitude for all the help and work you did for us.
My child went missing. I tried to file report with local law enforcement. However, I got told "They just ran away" like what the hell. Yes my child did take off. But they did not come home for 24 hours. I do not care if they ran away. They are missing. I got in contact with this agency. When I did I was able to get police report. Then with days of filling the report they found my child. They knew my child ran away. But they did not hold that against me. They worked with me and kept me informed with everything. My child is here today because this agency helped me and did not push me away. So I can say this agency is awesome and my family is grateful for their hard work and dedication. Thank you guys for help finding my child
My daughter went missing in 2018. I had to look for her on my own for two months. I hated it. I did file report with Local Law Enforcement but they did not do much. Then my friend sent me the link to this agency on Facebook. I got a hold of them and they went right to work. They put her flyer up. They called her friends and talked to them. Her friends were not telling me anything. But with this agencies dedication and hard work my daughter Anika was found. They helped me locate her and Law enforcement went to get her. The relief of having your child return to you is overwhelming. I can say that I could not of done this alone. I am glad this agency was here. Thank you guys for all your work and helping me find my daughter.
In 2017 My son went missing. I did not know where to look or what to do. Trust me as a mother it kills you in the heart that your child is gone. I remember crying my eyes out. I tried to file a report and tried to find him on my own. Sadly I had so many issues. Then I was told about Valencia County Missing Children and Persons. I got a hold of them and talked to them. I told them everything that had gone one. They helped me get the police to listen and take the report. They helped me with flyers. They were there when I needed to vent. They were on call for me 24/7. They did not give up and do something else. No this agency worked long hours and followed leads that came in. I can say that with their hard work my son was found safe and alive. This agency even helped us get into counseling and today me and my son are doing good. I am glad this agency was here to help me find my son. I can not even think about being without him. Thank you guys for all your work and respect you showed me. Thank you for bringing my son home.
I can say this about this agency. I have only worked with one of the ladies. In that time I work in the Criminal Justice field. I have great respect for this agency. They have always shown respect and always been professional when they work. If I had to recommend a Missing Person agency to anyone I would say this group. they know what they are doing.
I can say this about this agency. I have worked very close with them. I have worked with them on a few cases. I can say that working where I have for over 10 years I have seen some things. However this agency came to be in 2017. They have been awesome. They are very professional and are by the book. When I had to deal with them I can say they have always gave their clients respect and shown professionalism to them. I have enjoyed working with them. I can say that I have a close work relationship with them. I look forward to working with them. I know me and my partner have high respect for this agency.
This group has gone beyond to help those that are need. I know them very well and know that they work hard to do what they do. They are very professional and very good at what they do. When we have someone go missing it is hard. This group has gone out of their way and put in hours and hours of man time to find the missing. They do not give up on a case until that person is found. This work is not easy and people have no idea the hard work and stress it is to find a missing person. This group has given families love and support and help when no one else seems to do. SO I can say this group is awesome and worth the 5 starts
