Causes: Human Services
Mission: UnMasked assists survivors of Domestic Violence and less fortunate youth in our community who are exposed to hardships related to displacement, physical or social abuse and/or other life- based deprivation of basic needs.
Target demographics: survivors of domestic violence and bullying
Direct beneficiaries per year: 500 families
Geographic areas served: Fredericksburg, Virginia City, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania and Stafford Counties
Programs: forums to educate youth on how to identify all forms of abuse/bullying and ways on how to stop it, financial support for pre-specified youth (paid lunches, clothing, hair cuts, etc)
