Programs: Royalton senior living, inc. ("royalton woods") is a state licensed residential care facility providing both assisted living and independent living services to the senior community. Royalton woods has a capacity of 70 suites which includes 60 studio suites, and 10 master one-bedroom suites. The average occupancy level for the year ended december 31, 2013 was 62 occupied suites. Royalton woods provides a full range of assisted and independent living services to the senior community at what is considered among the most affordable rates in the surrounding market area. Services at royalton woods include full meal services, assistance with and administration of medications, nursing services, housekeeping and laundry services, 24 hour health care attendants, scheduled transportation, and a full range of social programs for the residents. Other contracted services available to the residents include psychiatric services, podiatry, pharmacy, hospice, and home care services. Short term respite stays in a fully furnished suite are also available. Royalton woods also participates in the state of ohio medicaid waiver program.
