Mission: United States Emergency Medical Service (USEMS) was founded in 1994 by Mr. Ronald A. Warwell, to address the needs of understaffed emergency medical services primarily in rural areas. Currently existing EMS in rural areas are manned by understaffed or volunteer systems, which sometimes create an extension of response time in calls for service. USEMS seeks to provide assistance to these systems, thereby decreasing response time, adding trained manpower, providing equipment and transport units without burdening the existing system with the additional expense of operation cost.
