's ("health services") mission is to own, manage, and maintain properties for health related ventures to serve cecil county and the surrounding areas. The activities of this corporation complement and augment the health care activities of affinity health alliance, inc. ("aha"), an affiliate.
Programs: Health services owns or leases property in elkton, rising sun, north east and perryville, md. The properties total approximately 140,000 square feet of occupied space. All properties are used for healthcare activities with greater than 80% being physician office space and the remainder being diagnostic and treatment space. All properties, whether owned or leased, consist of medical office facilities dedicated exclusively to healthcare activities. This is consistent with the strategy of locating reasonable concentrations of healthcare programs in convenient locations near population centers in order to facilitate access to hospital and physician services and attract qualified medical staff to practice in the service area of aha.
