Mission: Tohim is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Specifically, the purposes for which the corporation is organized are to perform social, charitable and religious work and to make distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations. Support missionary activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient for the accomplishment consistent with section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
Programs: Completed a school for the poor children of jinja village in uganda conducted a short medical mission trip in uganda and tanzania. Treated over 1000 people of various diseases. Households with orphans constitute 25% of all homes and 6% of those have more than one. Extended families and churches do what they can to help but there are countless homeless orphans all over uganda who need a loving home and a chance for an education.
