Mission: To provide a supportive environment where individuals can succeed through promotion of skills, perserverance, a feeling of confidence, respect, and a sense of accomplishment in their endeavors.
Programs: The organization provided psychosocial rehabilitation services for adults with mental illness residing in bay, st. Clair, sanilac and lapeer counties. These services included prevocational, social and recreational activities as well as job placement. The organization's program services consist of primarily clubhouse services, camp stores, and a resale store. The three club houses are the fresh start center, the opportunity center, and the blue water club house.
