Programs: Group living: this agency operates eight homes that provide residences for up to 36 individuals in group-style settings. Services include direct staff supervision, comprehensive training in all activities of daily living, and transportation.
supported living: this agency provides support and respite services in all activities of daily living for those who reside in their own homes (currently 52 individuals). Services include direct staff support, skill training, and transportation.
day habilitation: this agency operates a weekday habilitation program that provides a variety of vocational, recreational, and social alternatives (currently 40 individuals).
