Mission: To promote the practical implementation of national, regional, local and international programs aimed at improving the social - economic status of orphans and children left without parental care. Sponsoring foreign exchange programs, provide medical assistance and educational programs for children and consulting on adoption related issues pre and post adoption.

Programs: creating a long-term relationship between a young person from an orphanage and a family to help them overcome the effects of institutionalization, learn social adaptive skills, and develop the internal strengths to become national leaders of tomorrow.
