Mission: The Ervin Academy will provide programs and services that are academically rigorous, character and socially developmental to ensure an increase in the number of male high school graduates. Each student will be equipped with the skills necessary to pursue a college education, post secondary training, or pursue a professional career with the technical and soft-skills necessary to be competitive in today’s employment and business market. The above Vision and Mission are founded upon our core beliefs that: • Each student can learn • Each student can be transformed • Each student can contribute positively to society • Each student deserves support • Each student deserves greater and additional opportunities • Each student will be successful
