Mission: The corporation is organized to foster national or international amatuer sports competition (none of which activities shall involve the provisions of athletic facilities or equipment) though, among other things, the establishment and maintenance of baseball teams, leagues and/or associations and the promotion and development of competition among these teams, leagues and/or associations in the sport of baseball and to otherwise promote, conduct, and participate in such related activities.
Programs: The organization pomoted the sport of amatuer baseball by participating in statewide and national tournaments play. There were 125-150 players who benefited from the program.
